Sarah Palin, why do you keep playing with my emotions?
I’m pretty sure she can hear these guys from her front porch. And woe is us who lost our sentinel to the north, tirelessly policing our airspace for unauthorized incursions by giant floating Putin heads. Doomed. Doomed I tell ya.

May I infer that this song is a “hit” by someone else? Hard to imagine this cover could be improved upon.

Yes, they basically took a lump of coal put out by Katy Perry and turned it into a brilliant diamond. I was thinking of asking Kleber to DJ my wedding, but after watching this, I really have no choice but to fly them in…
July 6, 2009 at 9:01 am
Folk music is so awesome. I turns everything into great.
July 6, 2009 at 9:06 am
Now THAT made me smile!
July 6, 2009 at 10:19 am
Especially love the part where they count off in German: “ein, zwei, drei, …”
July 6, 2009 at 12:19 pm
I like these guys a lot more then Katy Perry.

note the comments section, that’s where the fleshy democracy in action lies. You cannot make this shit up. When both sides of an argument are wrong but totally convinced, it’s like some sort of hellscapish post-apoclyptic dynamite ballet.

Wow. The crazies sure did trash the place.
July 6, 2009 at 2:34 pm
Intriguing enough to dig up more. A Ukrainian band that counts off in German and calls themselves “Los Colorados.”
“Baby, you have a possibility, play it with me!”

July 6, 2009 at 3:08 pm

July 6, 2009 at 3:11 pm
Just go ahead and post your visa number on youtube. It’s all good. Then they can buy Levi Jeans and Pepsi.

It appears “David Vincent” told a bunch of people what they wanted to hear, and then sold a book to them that never came in the mail, and then disappeard. It’s like televangelism for the secular.

Scammer.
July 7, 2009 at 7:46 am
“I came across a link to artofmentalwarfare.com back in November 07, followed the link, read a little and decided “what the hell” and pre-ordered the book. I never got the book, which was to have shipped late January, nor do I expect to get the book. The site is now practically abandoned. The author is unresponsive to myself and others about the wherabouts of the book we payed for. Scam. This is a scam.
As I’ve gone over and over this site looking for any info from the author about delivery of his (perhaps nonexistent?) book, I’m also underwhelmed. The 2000 election was stolen??? 2004 too??? Hey, I wonder if Oswald acted alone…Had I read the excerpts more attentively, I would never have ordered this “book” which, if the excerpts are any indication, reads like a rambling, unfocused blog. My strong suspicion is that there is no book, just an opportunist feeding on those who would express dissent.

Another thing: I got an email notice, or noticed a link about this book in November of 2007. I think there was a quick PR blast of info about this book, an effort to create a little buzz, take some money and disappear.

I did the same as above. Came across the website back in December and ordered a copy. Its now March and despite a few emails asking for a status update on the book, it hasn’t arrived. Perhaps the guy has been bumped off, or perhaps its a scam as is likely. A pretty good one as someone as knows what they are doing. I take things on trust and this just pisses me off.
There is always hope but on this case, I don’t hold much faith. Don’t order this book as you will lose your money.

Unfortunately, I, too dished out 30 bucks for this phantom book. Why am I such a dumbass? Total Scam. A good scam though, had me going for months. Wish I waited a few months before ordering & went to this site first. Please don’t feed money to this f***.”
Lovely.

The opening cowbell staccato made me think it would be a cool Japanese cover of Grazing In the Grass.
Just curious: do your friends call you ‘nentia?

Mrs. Palin has forgotten her Dr. John. She could take a fashion tip or two from him, too.
July 7, 2009 at 7:31 pm
I never realized before that Dr John was the love child of George Clinton and Sun Ra.
