It will take ten years for the States to dig themselves out of their holes unless they raise revenues from the top 5% and Close Corporate loopholes. We need SCOTUS legal campaign finance reform such that money is replaced by any other credit or device that justly reflects the will of an educated people that protects the interests of the economic majority instead of just the wealthy.

Democracy is terrible when it is left in the care of snake-handling, god bothering, barely one generation away from the hills and outdoor plumbing-using, Creation Museum-attending morons, which is the game plan of the elites who run the repug party.

I am delighted, though, that they seem to have lost control of their ‘What’s the Matter with’ Kansans and other believers in gay reparative therapy, faith healing, angels, the superiority of white folk and a universe that is only 6,000 years old.
