Shorter Joe Lieberman:
If we don’t invade Yemen today, then at some point in the future we might have to invade Yemen. So we better invade now just in case.
That, my friends, is a war monger’s war monger. One wonders whether the conscience of America will ask the CBO to score the invasion costs. Actually, one doesn’t wonder that at all.

I’m sorry, but I’m not getting out of the boat. Could you just tell me if 3 months ago Joltin’ Joe was calling Yemen our best friend?

Prolly. But then, what better way to help a friend then to bomb him/her relentlessly. And then act all indignant at the lack of gratitude.
Either that, or send them a fruitcake and then act all indignant at the lack of gratitude.

it sure is alot easier for u to make ur point when u completely make stuff up that isnt even in the post u link to which was written by liars in the first place. first of all a huff post review of a fox news show isnt a reliable source lol. i know you wont watch fox news so i guess that second hand is the best ur going to get but sometimes the best ur going to get is worse than nothing at all. but im a hipocryte b/c i didnt watch it either lol.
but anyway lieberman didnt say anything about starting any new wars. all he said was that we shouldnt close guatanemo and that doesnt make him a crazy radical. alot of ppl agree w/ him. i get that u dont like him but it makes u look bad not him if u start lies about him.
btw i get that the shorter blog thing isnt literal but it usually has some connection to the real world lol.

Avoid tomorrow’s war by making it today’s! Which is brilliant in its own sociopathic kind of way.

This is like a Christmas miracle.

No, it’s a FESTIVUS miracle, and evidently Lieberman’s still got a lot of grievances he needs to air.

Joe Lieberman looks to me like the Cheshire Cat way hopped up on happy dust. I always picture him holding news conferences in an airport bathroom as he shoots up.
Harris reminds me of a homeless toupee.

I wonder, do they still do invasions on layaway? Say 10% down, and then we can go ahead and invade later after we’ve saved up the balance. Given our current credit woes, this might be the best policy going forward. Who knows, we might even find some good deals – invade one, get 50% off on the second anyone? – after the holidays. No reason we have to be fiscally AND militarily reckless at the same time.
