I found them…boring. On stage they were choreographed, which was evidently key; none of the visuals came through on the cds, of course, and the sound alone just didn’t carry them. Rather second-rate noise rock, imo, but they were adored by all the cool kids of the time (Cobain, Sonic Youth, etc).
