They work at a kosher slaughterhouse and as an expert on kashruth (kosher-ness).
At least they’re still involved in slaughtering *something.*
It reminds me of Susan Sontag’s neat, efficient filleting of David Horowitz at some Town Hall event in a previous century. Horowitz had gone from the mad-dog left to the mad-dog right (where he currently resides), and in response to some provocation from him Sontag said something like, “No, that’s the result of your Manichean world view. You go from one extreme to the other for reasons that have nothing to do with reality.” (I’m half-remembering and paraphrasing.)
Thus, these two have gone from being anti-Semites to Orthodox Jews. Plus ca change.

Wait, I thought David Horowitz was Satan.
